Statistics are only this statistics, the problem in Bcn is that now even the locals we are afraid in some streets in Raval or Gotic, even in the Tube you can see how robbers work with total impunity, as I told once politics will only look for a solution when Touroperators change Bcn for safer destination and the Hotels were empty. Solution: Jail for them or send to their countries, so easy.
